I'd probably drop the "most importantly" here -- IMO it's actually one of the most minor aspects.

Fair, dropped :) I do think it is rather important, which is why so many flavors of tax-exempt 501(c)(N) exist, why OSC exists as a 501(c)(6) fiscal sponsor, etc.
