Increase unit test memory limits

In PR #413 introduced openshift-tests-extension module, unit test is consistently failing with OOM, such as job https://prow.ci.openshift.org/view/gs/test-platform-results/pr-logs/pull/openshift_cluster-capi-operator/413/pull-ci-openshift-cluster-capi-operator-main-unit/2029218630415159296, hope this could resolve this issue.
