Building

• Install CMake
• Get the latest release
• Extract the archive
• On Windows:
  • Install Visual Studio
  • Install the "Desktop development with C++" workload
  • Run build.bat
• On Linux:
  • Install GCC and G++
  • Install CMake
  • Run build.sh
