Jose noted this was out of date. Updated certification details for Java exams, changing references from Java 21 to Java 25 and updating exam information and links for Java 21 and Java 17 certifications. Made note to update on a more timely basis when Java 25 cert comes out

Updated certification details for Java exams, changing references from Java 21 to Java 25 and updating exam information and links for Java 21 and Java 17 certifications. Also added exam length since the Java 17 and 21 exams are different lengths
