In tooling there is already a script to check for and fix copyright headers. Make use of that instead of duplicating the work.
Now there is a two tier copyright check.
reuse lintchecks for the bare minimum (copyright, license) and the checker from tooling does a more comprehensive header check.reuse lintsupports many more file types and checks adherence to the reuse specification. Thus I would always include it.Depends on eclipse-score/tooling#117
