Check one:

  • Semantic Change: something about the meaning of the text is different
  • Non-semantic Change: Spelling, grammar, or formatting changes.

Summary of change(s):
Make technical seminar definition be a seminar relating to real-world skills or knowledge

I don’t support removing computers or electronics from the definition of Technical Seminars. We are literally called the Computer Science House, so our constitution should place the utmost emphasis on computing and electronics.

While real-world skills and general knowledge are valuable, the definition of a technical seminar should primarily reflect our organization’s core focus. I believe @WeatherGod3218 ’s proposal in pull/279 expresses this idea more clearly than the current definition. Technical seminars should be encouraged and centered around subjects related to computers or electronics.

GitHub is not the place to argue for/against an amendment. Go to #constitution on Slack and reply to the crosspost of the PR
