Vouch request for @CuboYe

Hi Trigger.dev maintainers — I’d like to request vouching for @CuboYe so I can contribute via PRs.

I picked up issue #1361 (LibreOffice headless build extension for docx/pptx → PDF conversion) and already prepared a full implementation in PR #3164, including:

• a dedicated libreoffice.ts build extension,
• a reference project demonstrating conversion flow,
• docs updates for usage.

I understand the vouch policy and I’m happy to follow contribution standards and maintainer feedback closely. I’m aiming to contribute high-signal, scoped fixes and improvements over time.
