reviewdog: This GitHub Token doesn't have write permission of Review API

I just looked into the pipeline logs and found this error message here http://github.com/bemanproject/execution26/actions/runs/12671760544/job/35314215208?pr=111

Sounds like a bot tried to response to my MR but an expired token got in the way? Who can help?
