Setup Node fails with node 14

When installing node 14 with the action, runs to an error (with syntax that's not supported by node 14)

Tools version:

node: 14.21.3
yarn: 3.8.7

Expected behavior:
Setup node does not crash

Actual behavior:
It crashes

Additional Info
There is no indication that node 14 is not supported, the examples even show node 12.
