C1.8.9 to S1.12.2 : Unexpected teleport confirmation id : 3

Hello, I've been trying to connect to a 1.12.2 minigame server, but every time I get teleported (for example, when joining a lobby), I always get kicked and this error.

Bug Description

I did some research and learned that Minecraft implemented this functionality since the 1.9. version.
I was wondering if this bug can be fixed. Thanks

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use via proxy latest version
2. Connect to : fancraftmc.fr

Expected Behavior

3. Join a game of Hikabrain or RushMDT, and you should get kicked while being teleported to the waiting lobby.
