UI partial refreshes

When working through set up I'm seeing odd 'resets' of fields and the save icon showing/hiding.

This can be seen most clearly when the 'Moonlight' heading changes to the hostname (see screen recording attached)

It looks like slow response of websockets, they arrange data coming back from the esp32 to the UI, (updating the MoonLight title with the instance name , updating the nr of controls of a node : changing ⬇️0 to ⬇️11 on artnet node, updating the save button).

I will try to reproduce...

When this happens , wait pressing save until the websocket responded as I am not sure what will be saved before that is done
