@whitingjr what does this issue require? Should we be changing the Dockerfile for Indy?

If I recall correctly it was adding configuration to a .conf file.
Though without a convenient benchmark it's difficult to prove the new size is sufficiently large enough.
The configuration change is mentioned here. Though it needs to be in the correct file for migration to dev/stage and prod environments.

Hopefully we can do that kind of tuning in the main.conf or a subsection .conf file, then store that kind of thing in configmaps related to the specific environment. If not, we probably need to create a story to refactor to that approach.
